- Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to use our platform to generate illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes intended for fraud or impersonation of living individuals without consent, harassment, or defamatory audio.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Credits & Usage
- Credit System: Generations consume AI credits based on character length and audio processing mode.
- Usage & Non-Refundability: Credits used for generations are non-refundable once the audio file is generated. Unused credits expire according to your specific plan or top-up rules.
4. Privacy Policy & Data Handling
- Information We Collect: We only collect your basic registration details: Full Name, Username, Email Address, and Password. We do NOT collect or store any billing history or payment card details.
- Audio & Text Inputs: Text prompts and audio recordings uploaded for transformation are processed solely to produce the requested output audio files. We do not sell your personal recordings or private input data to third parties.
- Data Storage & Security: Generated audio cache files and generation records are stored securely on our cloud servers. You may request account deletion or cached file cleanup at any time by reaching out to support.
5. Intellectual Property & Rights
- User Content: You retain ownership over original text inputs and uploaded source recordings.
- Generated Outputs: You are granted full commercial or non-commercial rights to use the output audio generated under an active eligible account plan, provided it complies with our prohibited content rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
JBTech Voice Changer is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. JBTech Inventions and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of generated synthetic audio by end-users.
